MCI Communications - Worst customer service

I have been on phone for 2 hour trying to lower my phone bill. I am paying 150 for a landline phone. I have been told I can’t change my plan. When I do speak with someone there system is not working. I just want to pay my bill and change to Att . Cry Shocked Wtf

I hooked my phone up with mci and it took a month to get it installed at my house .... Just to find out that the jack inside my house dose not work.... So I call them and have it disconnected and told I would not be charged for anything... Well it's now two months...
